These sites allow harassers to endanger their victims, by offering them the ability and encouraging them to post names, schools, social security numbers, ages, family members, etc. of individuals, usually, of an ex-lover or spouse, roommate, friend, or family member. The perpetrators are often spiteful, obsessive and dangerous individuals.
