seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help our
organization grow. Initially, this will be an on-site position, but the
ideal candidate would soon have the flexibility to telecommute at their
discretion.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve client issues utilizing our proprietary
  techniques
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients and ensure
  that their needs (especially for information) are satisfied.
• Demonstrate self-control, poise, patience and professionalism in difficult client situations
• Address customer questions/complaints promptly and escalate severe cases to management
• Provide weekly updates to the team on account progress

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Internet-savvy with a solid understanding of web technology and social networking websites
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (impeccable grammar and spelling are a must)
• Must be professional, friendly, enthusiastic and patient when engaging clients and 3rd parties
• Ability to transition effectively between independent tasks and teamwork
• Ability to maintain detailed records and articulate performance feedback to the team

ReputationDefender is searching for a web designer who can help enhance and expand ReputationDefender’s online design. This individual will work closely with ReputationDefender’s UI professionals and report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Requirements include:

- Minimum five years of experience of web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Semantic HTML etc.)
- Expert user of design-focused desktop software (Adobe)
- Experience in Flash design highly prized
- Experience in print design highly prized
- Proven track record in web design, including development of marketing landing pages
- Background in SEO
