The Marketing Analyst will measure the effectiveness of RepuationDefender marketing efforts. A successful candidate will live and breathe metrics and will understand the roles a metrics-driven approach plays in building large Internet businesses. He or she will be working hands on with the executive team to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the ReputationDefender model. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superb analytical skills and an unrelenting focus on detail. The candidate should enjoy experimentation and the experimental model and should take great pleasure in developing insights from large sets of data.

The Marketing Analyst will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

This role will be responsible for analyzing ReputationDefender’s marketing performance by:

1. Developing standard and ad-hoc reports to measure ROI, Conversion Rates, Spending Trends, Traffic Quality metrics;
2. Working with marketing colleagues to identify areas for expansion (i.e., more spending) or contraction;
3. Working with product management to improve sales and conversion funnels;
4. Assisting technical team in setting up new tracking programs, QA’ing defects found in the tracking system;
5. Supporting ReputationDefender partners with standard reporting on campaign success;
6. Designing and performing pricing studies;
7. Communicating with major advertising partners (Google, Yahoo!, Commission Junction, etc.) to ensure ReputationDefender is handling tracking appropriately;
8. Delivering weekly reporting to senior executives;
9. Attending conferences to expos to learn new skills and share with Industry peers;
10. Contributing whatever it takes to build a large, repeatable line of revenue for ReputationDefender and increase customer satisfaction with ReputationDefender products.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years experience in a consumer-driven, web-based product management or business analysis role required.
• HIGH DESIRE TO ACHIEVE and take on additional responsibilities
• Experience in managing aggressive and dynamic projects, with competing resources and priorities.
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills including strong understanding of the regression package.
• Deep knowledge in web analytics and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Google AdWords/AdSense, Affiliate Networking and other online analytical marketing platforms valued
• Clear focus under pressure.
• Strong background in business metrics and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Writing samples may be required in interview process.

Summary:
The Reputation Defender User Experience Lead will be the visionary and voice of the customer experience within the organization.

The UX Lead will be responsible for:

The UX Lead will be responsible for taking the next generation product vision for the full suite of ReputationDefender products and turning it into a design and functional reality.

This position will report to the Director, Product Management and will be a leader within the Product team. This role will heavily partner with product management, QA, engineering, customer support, and marketing.


Detailed Role Description:
The primary role of the User Experience Lead is to define an overarching, holistic vision for the visual and interactive experience of the ReputationDefender products, and partner with product management and engineering to bring this vision to reality.

At the core you’ll define the reputation management “story”, identify core customer types and needs, and transform unmet customer needs and business opportunities into successful product designs.

Strategy:
• Develop and drive long-term user experience strategy
• Tightly partner with product management to develop the face and interactions of all product roadmap initiatives
• Understand the needs of internal and external customers, the business, and the competitive landscape – through data-driven analysis and strong research methodologies
• Establish methodologies for collecting customer feedback in all stages of product development (early conception, mid-creation, and post-launch)
• Be a key catalyst in driving a culture of innovation and teamwork centered around the needs of our customers
• Provide design direction and creative leadership to deliver features that continuously delight customers

Execution:
• Partner with Product Management leads on a daily basis

Skills Required:
• Minimum 5 years experience as web-related lead UI designer, preferably consumer-facing and transaction-oriented products

• Excellent understanding of user experience design for the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.

The System Admin takes ownership for all of our Linux servers, both local and production servers, as well as maintaining the network infrastructure in the office and in production. You are responsible for keeping all servers up-to-date with the latest security and software updates, writing build scripts, and participating in network and system architecture planning, purchase and deployment.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Linux system administration. (RedHat preferred).
Strong Networking experience – TCP/IP, Subnets, routing and switching.
