1. Set browser address to: http://www.donotcall.gov

2. Click on Register A Phone Number

3. Enter up to 3 phone numbers and your e-mail address

4. Click Submit

5. Check for errors

6. Click Register

7. Check e-mail for a message from: Register@donotcall.gov; open the e-mail and click on the link to complete your registration
